Your satisfaction is our priority! 

We welcome any refunds or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Your returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right not to honor returns and exchanges if product is worn, scratched or broken. We do not sell used items to our customers.



Exchanges

To complete your return, please email us at returns@shophawaiianjewelry.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. We will refuse any packages sent without a RMA#. Please send your item in its original packaging, including your receipt and RMA#, to:

Refunds


If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, please email us so we may help you resolve the issue quickly. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Please allow at least 2 weeks for refund to be credited back to your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us directly.

Shipping


You are responsible for your return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We suggest you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ship your item. We do not guarantee the receipt of your returned item. We are not responsible for any items lost in the mail.
